Wagenlux® cooperates with Saint-Gobain ® to provide professional construction training for all service providers and construction technicians. After training and assessment, a formal service certificate and construction certificate can be obtained.

With standardized construction operation procedures and fully equipped construction tools, technicians operate in strict accordance with the specifications. After the completion of the construction, the construction effect can be judged according to the professional and detailed checklist.
·Customer Experience
The store is equipped with introductory materials, sample displays and experience props. Customers can learn more about window film and experience the thermal insulation effect through special equipment.
·Caring service
All service providers are provided with shop construction services and can make an appointment one day in advance. Wagenlux® will supervise the quality of the construction of the service provider every time to ensure that the customer can enjoy the best service.
04Warranty and claims
CUSTOMER SERVICE
·Electronic warranty
The electronic quality assurance system provides a 5-10 year warranty, which makes the 4S shop more reassuring; after the 4S shop completes the electronic warranty process for the owner, the owner will receive the SMS confirmation and warranty hard card within the specified time.
·After-sales claims
After the 4S shop finds the problem, Wagenlux® will confirm the nature of the problem within 24 hours. If it is a quality problem, it can arrange the film change; if it is a technical problem, it will give the store-related guidance and arrange for re-construction.
