One, you can request a replacement if you meet the following conditions
1. The customer unpacks and inspects the goods in front of the delivery person when they receive the goods, and finds that the goods have quality problems; the actual receipt of the goods is very different from that described on the website.
Replacement process:
The customer asks the delivery person to return the goods in person and then contact us. We will re-deliver for you and the arrival time of the goods will be postponed.
2. Within 24 hours after the customer receives the goods, the goods are found to have obvious manufacturing defects; the goods have undergone a replacement but there are still quality problems; due to human reasons, we have not received the goods more than one week after we promised to arrive. .
Return process:
The customer will contact us within two days after receiving the goods, and we will refund your payment by bank transfer within three working days.
Second, we have the right to refuse the customer's return request in the following circumstances:
1. The goods are damaged, but the delivery personnel are not required to exchange goods on the spot when receiving the goods;
2. Return and exchange requirements exceeding the return period;
3, the returned goods are incomplete or the appearance is damaged;
4. The customer's shipping documents are missing or incomplete;
The product is not provided by us, and the goods themselves do not have quality problems.
